Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your rental agreement with The Azure Scooter Rental.

1. Rental Agreement

By booking a scooter through our platform you agree to these terms. A valid passport or ID and a driver's licence are required at pickup.

2. Deposit & Payment

A refundable deposit is charged at checkout. The deposit is returned after the scooter is inspected upon return. Any damage or excessive wear may be deducted from the deposit.

3. Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the rental start date. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Liability

The renter is responsible for the scooter during the rental period. Traffic fines, fuel, and any damage not covered by insurance are the renter's responsibility.

5. Photo Documentation

Photos of the scooter are taken at the time of delivery and again upon return. These photos document the condition of the scooter and serve as the basis for any damage assessment. By accepting the scooter you agree to this photo documentation process.

6. Late Returns

Late returns are charged a fixed fee of IDR250 per day. Please return the scooter on time or contact us to extend your rental.
